MSS Facilities Ltd and the RSK Group are recruiting for a Packing Operative to join the team based in Llanelli, UK - Trostre. This is a full-time, permanent position. This role will work on a shift basis of four on four off: 6am-6pm for two days and 6pm-6am for two days.

The MSS Group is a specialist provider of facilities, industrial and environmental services with expertise in hazardous, highly regulated and complex environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pack to an acceptable quality standard whilst adhering to Safe Working Procedures.
  • Meet daily packing targets. If targets can’t be met record the reasons why.
  • Replenish packing machinery, e.g. Manipulator and stretch wrap.
  • Report any issues in Tata machinery/equipment to Tata leaders at earliest opportunity.
  • Regular communication with MSS Packing Coordinator/ Contracts Manager.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Health & Safety awareness
  • In-depth knowledge into all packing processes
  • Systematic record keeping and attention to detail
  • Continuous improvement mind set
  • Forklift Truck operation (in-house training)
